Ingredients For Paan Coconut Laddoo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take paan leaves, wash and dry it using a clean towel. Chop these paan leaves into long shreds using a knife.
  • 2. Heat a non-stick kadhai on low flame, pour milkmaid, and chopped paan leaves. Mix it well. Now add 2-3 drops of green food coloring.
  • 3. Mix everything well. Keep stirring this for a minute. Now add desiccated coconut and mix it well.
  • 4. Keep mixing it on a low flame and let it cook till coconut leaves the sides of the pan.
  • 5. Switch off the gas and transfer the mixture onto a plate. Let it cool down.
  • 6. Make small round balls of the mixture, put a small portion of gulkand inside the ball and give it a round shape using your palm. Make laddoos of the entire mixture.
  • 7. Roll the laddoos in desiccated coconut and keep aside.
  • 8. Garnish it with Gulkand and rose petals. Serve it to your guests.
