Methods
  • 1. In a blender add roasted mustard seed, coriander leaves, green chillies and blend it.
  • 2. Peel and grate cucumber, slightly whisk curd till smooth.
  • 3. Add prepared paste in curd, add grated cucumber, turmeric and salt. Mix well.
  • 4. Let it refrigerate and serve with rice or biryani.
