Ingredients For Paneer Wind Mill Puff Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree celsius for 10 min.
  • 2. Take a puff pastry sheet, put it on a table, then cut 4 square with knife in such a way they are joined from center.
  • 3. Now take edge of the sheet and punch into center then leave second edge and punch the thrid edge of the sheet into center.
  • 4. Do the same process clock wise, so that the sheet forms shape of wind mill.
  • 5. Now put some paneer in center and place it on a baking tray.
  • 6. Bake for 20 min at 200C . Then take it out from the oven and transfer in on serving plate.
  • 7. Wind mill puff is ready to serve.
