Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and put 1 cup whole wheat flour and roast it, until it changes its colour to golden brown. The raw smell of the flour should not be there.
  • 2. Now pour in the ghee and roast it for a minutes, then add in the almonds and mix it well.
  • 3. At last remove it from the heat and add in the bura and kishmish, and mix again.
  • 4. Panjiri is ready to serve. It can also be stored in an airtight container.
