Pistachio flavored foxtail millet laddu recipe

Ladoos can be prepared almost from anything. Some of us do not like having foxtail millet. But this is very tasty and healthy, these ladoos can make them very happy. During Holi, I prefer to prepare this recipe because of it's shelf life. An added advantage of this sweet is that it can be stored and preserved outside the refrigerator also. It is soft, smooth and creamy in taste.

  • 1. Heat pan on a low flame. Add sugar.
  • 2. When sugar dissolves, add roasted foxtail millet and khoya. Stir continuously.
  • 3. Shape it like balls and coat them with powdered pistachio.
  • 4. Sprinkle some chocolate chips.
