You can add more veggies like grated carrot, spring onion and boiled sweet corn in cutlet as well. You can add grated fresh paneer also in tikkies.

Ingredients For Poha cutlets Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak poha in water For minimum 10 minuets.
  • 2. Take a large mixing bowl and add soaked poha in it.
  • 3. Add grated boiled potato in poha
  • 4. Add salt, black pepper powder and chilli flakes In poha.
  • 5.
  • 6. Mix it well and mash it and make a dough.
  • 7. Heat griddle pour some oil on it
  • 8. Make a small tikki of kneaded dough.
  • 9. Set tikkies on preheated griddle , pour oil from sides
  • 10. Shallow fry by flipping cullet till crisp and golden brown in colour.
  • 11. Serve hot with ketchup, green chutany and grated cheese.
