Ingredients For Poha Suji idli

Methods
  • 1. Firstly in a large pan roast 1 cup rava for 5 minutes till it turns aromatic.soak poha 10min.then squeeze.Allow suji it to cool. Trasfer to a mixing bowl.Now add Poha,curd, salt and combine well without forming any lumps.Allow it to rest for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Again add water and prepared idli batter consistency.Add in eno powder and give a gentle mix
  • 3. Pour the batter immediately into greased idli plate.Steam them on medium flame for 15 minutes or till the idlis cooked completely.Finally serve soft sooji idli with coconut chutney.
