1.
Dice up some strawberries and add it in a pan, with 1tbsp of sugar and 1tbsp of water. Cook it on a medium flame and prepare the compote

Mix 3tbsp of custard powder in a bowl containing ¼cup of cold milk.

Heat the full-fat milk, and when it comes to a boil, add 200ml of Nestle Milkmaid and boil for 5 more minutes.

Add the custard powder slurry to the boiling milk little by little and continue stirring to prevent lumps, the mixture should be smooth.

Cook till the mixture thickens a bit, and then turn of the gas

Add a layering of semi-crushed cornflakes in a dessert glass, arrange the kiwi slices, then add the custard, followed by the strawberry compote, and again the custard...coat a cherry with some crushed cornflakes and place it on top ...leave it in the refrigerator for around 30minutes and enjoy cool!
