Jaggery powder can also be used instead of brown sugar.The crinkly layer on top is due to the separate whisking of eggs.

Ingredients For Ragi Brownies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Melt the dark chocolate and the butter
  • 2. In a bowl take the brown sugar and add the eggs one at a time and whisk throughly
  • 3. Whisk after each addition
  • 4. Add the vanilla and the melted dark chocolate
  • 5. Now fold in the Ragi flour
  • 6. Use the cut and fold method here.Do not use whisk
  • 7. Pour the batter in a greased baking dish
  • 8. Preheat the oven to 180⁰ c and bake the Brownies for 30 mins.
  • 9. The brownie at this point may look very soft but once cool it will be fudgy
  • 10. Enjoy this healthy guilt free dessert
