Ingredients For Rajgeera ki kheer with fusion Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash Rajgeera. Drain water completely. Heat 1 tsp classified butter ( ghee) in pressure cooker.
  • 2. Add washed rajgeera and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Mean time heat 1 and half cup hot water on other side.Add hot water and close lid.
  • 3. Allow to pressure cook till 3 whistle on medium flame then for 5-7 minutes on low flame. Properly pressure cooked and becomes soft.
  • 4. Add boiled milk . Which is mixed with sugar, dry fruits and sefron. Mix it properly to avoid lumps.
  • 5. Allow it to boil 2-3 minutes. Stir continuously.
  • 6. Add half tsp green cardamom powder. Properly cooked. Proper consistency. Switch off flame. Pinch of sefron.
  • 7. Delicious rajgeera kheer is ready to eat.
  • 8. Add grapes and pomegranate seeds for fusion and different.
