Ingredients For Rajgira laddoo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a heavy bottomed pan. Start with roasting 1 tbsp Rajgira seeds at a time. Keep stirring continuously until they puffed UP well.
  • 2. After all rajgira seeds puffed UP then Seive it. Keep it in a bowl.
  • 3. In the same pan make jaggery syrup or chashni. Add jaggery and 2 cup of water and make one thread consistency Of jaggery syrup on high flame.
  • 4. Add puffed rajgira And mix Continuously. When the all puffed rajgira coated with jaggery syrup remove from heat .
  • 5. Now wet your palm with water and starts to make laddoo. Place them on a plate. Garnish with kismis on each laddoo. Cool down completely on room temperature in keep it in air tight jar.
