Heat a heavy bottomed pan. Start with roasting 1 tbsp Rajgira seeds at a time. Keep stirring continuously until they puffed UP well.

After all rajgira seeds puffed UP then Seive it. Keep it in a bowl.

In the same pan make jaggery syrup or chashni. Add jaggery and 2 cup of water and make one thread consistency Of jaggery syrup on high flame.

Add puffed rajgira And mix Continuously. When the all puffed rajgira coated with jaggery syrup remove from heat .

Now wet your palm with water and starts to make laddoo. Place them on a plate. Garnish with kismis on each laddoo. Cool down completely on room temperature in keep it in air tight jar.
