Methods
  • 1. 1.Measure and take rajgira in a bowl.
  • 2. 2.Take another bowl with water and keep it ready
  • 3. 3.Heat jaggery in a pan with water till it immersing level.
  • 4. 4. Switch off the flame once the jaggery melts completely.
  • 5. 5.Strain the jaggery water using a strainer to remove impurities.
  • 6. 6.Then start heating the strained jaggery water in low flame.
  • 7. 7.When the jaggery water becomes little thick, take little bit of syrup in a spoon and add it to the bowl of water.
  • 8. 8.Gather the syrup to make a firm ball with your fingers.
  • 9. 9.If you are able to form a nice ball, that is the correct stage.
  • 10. 10.Switch off the flame and remove the jaggery syrup from heat.
  • 11. 11.Now apply some ghee in your palm and Start making ladoos by taking a small portion with a spoon.
