Ingredients For Roti Wraps Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fold the rotis in two folds and keep it aside for some time. The folds should be such that the roti looks like a quarter piece.
  • 2. Now cut along one of the folds till half (radius of the roti).
  • 3. There would be four part marked by the folds so in one of the parts apply 1 tbsp of ghee roast.
  • 4. In the second part place the paneer cubes.
  • 5. In the third part keep the bell peppers.
  • 6. In the fourth quarter keep the cheese Slice half folded.
  • 7. Now start folding from the part where we have applied ghee roast. It should be in such a way that the ghee roast part covers the paneer part then fold it again over the capsicum part and finally the cheese slice part.
  • 8. Make all the wraps similarly.
  • 9. Heat a pan and add some butter. Now keep 2 wraps at a time and toast the wraps from both the side till they become golden brown!
  • 10. Serve the rolls just like that or with tomato ketchup.
