Sago should be soaked properly.Ice cream should be kept in refrigerator for atleast 8 hours.

Ingredients For ROYAL SAGO VERMICELLI FRUIT FALOODA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Soak sago overnight .In a bottom pan ,pour milk and add milk powder with soaked sago.
  • 2. Bring to boil for atleast 20 minutes to make it a thick sago kheer. Instead of sugar, add milkmaid and few strands of saffron.
  • 3. Add some chopped dryfruits. Cool kheer and keep it in fridge.
  • 4. Take vermicelli and bring to boil. Cool it also.
  • 5. For making strawberry icecream, boil milk and add milk powder with milkmaid.Then add strawberry crush or fresh strawberries puree.
  • 6. Freeze it overnight. Now it's the time for assembling falooda.
  • 7. Take a big glass. Pour rose syrup over the glass.
  • 8. We will make layers now. First pour vermicelli,then sago kheer, then strawberry icecream, then chopped mango and dryfruits.
  • 9. Repeat the same process again. Decorate with your favourite toppings.
  • 10. Your favourite falooda glass is ready. Serve it cold only.
