Ingredients For Sabudana chanadal payasa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add ¼ cup water to jaggery..boil for 5 min. Strain to remove impurities if any..keep aside.
  • 2. Wash sabudana..soak in 4cups water for an hour. Then cookit till soft..drain starchy water.
  • 3. Wash & soak chana dal in 1 cup water for an hour. Then add cloves & cook till soft.
  • 4. Add cooked sabudana, jaggery syrup & coconut milk to cooked chana dal..mix well. Boil for 5 min...serve hot.
