Ingredients For Sabudana Tikki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak sabudana for 3 hours. After that drain it and keep aside in a bowl.
  • 2. Add boiled Potatoes, cumin seeds, green chillies and salt. Mix them well
  • 3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  • 4. Make small size tikki and drop in to the medium heat oil.
  • 5. Deep fry till the tikki become light golden brown and crisp.
  • 6. Place them on a paper napkin to remove excess oil. Sabudana Tikki is ready.
  • 7. Serve them hot with sauce or green chutney.
