1. I have used small sago. If using big sago then soak it overnight or more than 3 hours. 2. Stir continuously to avoid sago from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Methods
  • 1. Wash small sago with water and keep aside for half an hour.
  • 2. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan and add sago in it.
  • 3. Stir continuously till sago becomes transparent.
  • 4. Sago will absorb the milk. Then gradually add sugar.
  • 5. Switch off the flame and garnish it with pistachios and dried rose petals.
