Methods
  • 1. In a large bowl add suji ,mix vegetables,salt & dahi mix well by adding water 1/4 cup checking the batter consistency. let it rest for 15 mins.
  • 2. After 15 mins the batter must be soaked with the water well.
  • 3. In a tempering vessel;heat oil add ria ,curry leaves & add it to a Sooji batter.
  • 4. Take a appam pan;pour the batter into it.Cook it in a medium flame in till both the sides of appam become golden brown.
  • 5. Serve in a plate & garnish it with dhaniya ,Sev & ketchup.
