Methods

How to make Sorpotel Recipe

1. Wash the meat, put it in the cooker, mix salt, turmeric and water and cook it for 4-5 whistles, covering the lid.
2. Cut the pieces of meat by opening the lid and fry it for a while in a nonstick pan.
3. Now put ginger, garlic, cumin,whole spices like black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, big cardamom and red chilli in a jar and grind it, add vinegar and grind again
4. Now heat oil in a frying pan, add onion, fry it after getting red, add grinded spices, fry meat after adding salt, sugar and some water.
5. Serve hot with garnished green coriander, lemon and chopped onion
