1.Because this dessert is best served immediately after frying, you can make the custard in advance and keep it refrigerated until ready to fry.2. u can use bread crumbs also.3.you can use whisked eggs slurry also.

Methods
  • 1. First take a pan add 1 cup of milk and boil it then add nutmeg powder and lemon zest in it and boiled it for 5 minutes, then add sugar mix it till dissolved.
  • 2. Take a bowl add remaining 1 cup milk and cornstarch mix it well and add this mixture in pan and stir continuously until thickened.
  • 3. Take a greased pan put mixture in it and refrigerate it for 2 hours at least.
  • 4. Then take a bowl add all purpose flour and add milk and prepare slurry and in another plate take cornflakes powder.
  • 5. Heat oil for frying these custard cut the custard in any shapes you want. Take 1 piece and coat it in slurry then in cornflakes powder, prepare all pieces as same and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Then fry it till golden brown in color. serve immediately and sprinkles some granulated sugar. fried milk is ready to eat.
