Ingredients For Stuffed Bun With Veggies Recipes

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, add yeast, water and one teaspoon sugar, keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. After 10 minutes, our yeast is formatted properly.
  • 3. In a bowl, add all purpose flour. Add milk.
  • 4. Add fermented yeast in it.
  • 5. Knead well for 15 minutes to make a soft dough.
  • 6. Transfer into bowl and cover with cling wrap.
  • 7. Keep it aside for an hour in a warm place to rise.
  • 8. After 1 hour dough is raised.
  • 9. Divide into 5 parts.
  • 10. Roll it and spread leftover veggies evenly on it.
  • 11. Seal it properly.
  • 12. Lay baking sheet on oven tray.
  • 13. Place the stuffed buns on it.
  • 14. Cover and keep it aside for half an hour in a warm place to rise again.
  • 15. Grease with butter.
  • 16. Sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
  • 17. Preheat the oven at 180°c.
  • 18. Bake it on 180°c for 30 minutes on the middle rack.
  • 19. After 30 minutes our stuffed buns are baked properly.
  • 20. Apply some butter on the top of buns and let it cool.
  • 21. Now our stuffed buns with leftover veggies are ready to serve.
