This is the simplest form of sukhadi made by me since have made it for first time. You just need 3 ingredients and proper timing to cook the flour!

Ingredients For Sukhadi or Godpapdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a kadhai take ghee and heat it. Once it melts add the whole wheat flour to it.
  • 2. Mix the flour properly and cook on low flame till the flour gives an awesome aroma and changes colour.
  • 3. Once it changes colour switch of the gas. Let the mixture cool a bit and then add the jaggery. Mix properly so that no lumps remains.
  • 4. Now in a thali greased with ghee spread the mixture. Make cut marks and let it cool.
  • 5. Once cooled properly remove the pieces and store it in an air tight container.
