  • 1. Heat a non-stick frying pan which has a heavy bottom.
  • 2. Add butter and oil together and gently break a whole egg in it making sure that it doesn't spread throughout the pan.
  • 3. Cook it 3/4 and make sure the egg yolk remains runny.
  • 4. Season it and serve.
