Saffola - Salt Plus is low in Sodium content which makes it a better alternative to the regular table salt. You should buy this if any of your family memebers has a blood pressure problem.

This makes saffola salt a healthy option for those suffering from high blood pressure problems. You have to use it in more quantity than the usual salt but it is healthy alternative

My dad has high BP so we have been using the Saffola salt for a long time, as they claim it to be having lower sodium content. I don't know how effective it is so but i guess there's no harm in sticking to it.
