Methods
  • 1. Wash the spinach and blanch a little, and then blend it to make a puree. Keep it aside.
  • 2. Marinate the chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilli paste and lemon juice. Keep it aside for 30 mins.
  • 3. To make the gravy, heat oil in a pan and add onion.
  • 4. After it becomes succulent, add the marinated chicken.
  • 5. Stir it well and cover with lid for few minutes until the chicken become tender.
  • 6. Simmer a little and then add blended spinach. Cook until you get the right consistency of the gravy.
  • 7. Enjoy this summer special chicken recipe.
