If you are not averse to using oil eliminate the baking paper and thinly coat the pan with oil and rest remains same.

Methods
  • 1. Cooked the Maggie 2-minute noodles with Masala with minimum water, evaporate excess water. Cool the ready noodles.
  • 2. In a separate pan, beat up two eggs with a pinch of salt to taste and some black pepper, at this stage one can add finely chopped boiled veggies also along with spices to taste.
  • 3. Add the cooked Noodles to the beaten eggs.
  • 4. Now in a wide nonstick heavy pan put baking paper, take two two inch high rings and place them side by side on the baking paper, put the heat on. Pour a spoonfull of the Maggie-Egg mixture in both rings, spread them evenly inside to firm up so that when you pour the eggs in, they should not leak out.
  • 5. Then pour equal parts of the balance Maggie-egg mixture in both rings and cover. Put the heat to sim. After a minute or two slowly slide the baking paper out and pour in half a cup of water in the pan on the sides, cover and let it cook on sim.
  • 6. In between puncture the firming eggs with a fork so as to cook through. Remove from pan on to a plate and with the rough side of a knife run through the ege of the rings to separate and slide out the rings leaving the two patties on the plate.
  • 7. Garnish as you wish and serve with Maggie Hot & Sweet Chilli Sauce.
