1.
First of all, take a pot and roast the sesame seeds in it on low heat. Do not roast too much red curry. Then keep it aside to cool.

Now heat a spoonful of ghee in a vessel. Then add cashew nuts, almond pieces and dry them so that they are not too red but only their rawness is removed.

Once the cashew nuts are cooked, take them out in a plate. Then dry the pistachios in it. Then take it out in a plate and fry the Magajatri seeds in it and take it out in a plate.

Then fry palmkin seeds in the same ghee. At the same time, dry Khas Khas and Kharek too. Then when everything is hot, add cardamom, nutmeg powder and saffron and mix everything, then add honey and mix everything and make small balls of it and keep it aside.

Then put one spoon of ghee in another vessel to heat. Then add jaggery to it and then make jaggery syrup on low heat after jaggery melts.

To check the syrup, take a vessel and fill it with water, add this jaggery syrup and check it. If there is a breaking sound immediately after breaking the round, then understand that it is done. Then immediately add toasted sesame seeds and mix it till it becomes smooth. Then immediately mold it in a greased mould.

Add dry fruit mixture while hot so that it sticks to it and then after it cools down take it out from the mold and serve. So Sesame Dry Fruit Katori Chiki is ready
