Methods

How to make Vanilla Custard Mug Cake Recipe

1. In a bowl add the egg, sugar and vanilla extract and whisk it well, until frothy.
2. Now add in the melted butter and mix.
3. Then add in the all purpose flour and give a quick mix adding the milk.
4. In another bowl, add in the vanilla custard, mascarpone cheese and lemon zest, and combine well.
5. Take a microwave safe mug pour in 2/3rd of the batter, followed by mascarpone cheese and vanilla custard mix. Pour in the remaining batter.
6. Microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes approximately.
7. When done, pipe over some custard and spoon some warm fruit jam.
8. Your luscious Vanilla custard mug cake is ready to serve.
