I use butter in majority of my cooking and I mostly prefer Amul unsalted butter. It is one essential ingredient which I always stock up in my fridge. I use them in my bakings, curries and rotis for its rich flavour and wonderful aroma. Also it gives a lovely silky texture to the curries. It is best to be used as butter, When I try to melt it to ghee somehow I don't like the flavour of that ghee. But when it is used as butter Amul unsalted butter is best among butters.

As the title says , Iam a big fan of this jam right from my childhood. We remember the days when my mom use to store this jam in top shelf and we feel excited by seeing the bottle from long. And I loved bread because of this bright, red, woobly jam. I can eat this jam as dessert after every meal. Even after 20 years this jam brings out little girl in me. I recommend this jam even now.

I use to make my own atta by grinding wheat kernals so I know very well the flavour of pure wheat atta. I tried many atta brands and Ashirvaad is the one which I stick to till date. The colour, texture and flavour is very similar to our home made atta. I use to make soft rotis, pufy pooris, melting halwa, soft,chewy breads, cripsy vadas, aromatic dosas and this atta takes part in my everyday cooking. I highly recommend this atta for this pure texture.

The flavours are so rich as the name implies. The dominating aroma and flavour of spices hide the other spices. So the actual, traditional briyani aroma fades in these masala. If you are a traditional briyani lover then for sure I will not recommend this masala to you. But in case you love aromatic masala dominating briyani lover then you can opt this masala.

Ketchup is a mandatory item in our monthly grocery list. Anything from idli ,dosa, roti gets better with ketchup. I cannot imagine our fried rice , manchurian without this. I have a big list of dishes that I make with this kissan ketchup and we love the tangy flavour of tomato with spicy, sweet combination. One thing i would like to suggest is to reduce the flavour of vinegar here, the strong acidic flavour of vinegar/ citric acid is one which makes us little displeased. Still we love this ketchup and I recommend it to anyone.

I remember during our childhood we use to eat Nestle milkmaid itself as a dessert and now as we grow still the love and flavour remains same. Any dessert maDe with a spoonfull of milkmaid tastes rich and awesome
