Best Atta
I use to make my own atta by grinding wheat kernals so I know very well the flavour of pure wheat atta. I tried many atta brands and Ashirvaad is the one which I stick to till date. The colour, texture and flavour is very similar to our home made atta. I use to make soft rotis, pufy pooris, melting halwa, soft,chewy breads, cripsy vadas, aromatic dosas and this atta takes part in my everyday cooking.
I highly recommend this atta for this pure texture.
