Firstly tie the curd (near about 450gm) with a muslin cloth & leave it for overnight (at least 4to 5 hours) to make its hung curd. Next morning when it will thick & creamy, add 200gm milkmaid in it.Mix it well & pour the batter in a greased baking tray. Steam it for 30 to 35 mins.

Bhapa doi is ready. Keep it in fridge for 2hours. In the meantime make the cake.In a mixing bowl take oil, milkmaid and 1/4cup curd. Blend it well. Mix slightly mashed Gulabjamuns in it.

Add wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, Coco powder in the curd mixture. Add all the dry ingredients with the help of a stainer. Add little milk to make a smooth batter. Add chopped walnut in the batter .

Bake the cake in preheated oven for 35 mins at 170°C.

Now place the cake in a plate. Set the bhapa doi on it & decorate it with chocochips and cherry.

Bhapa doi Gulabjamun cake is ready to serve. Keep it in fridge and enjoy.
