Ingredients For Wheat Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a large bowl, mix all four flours, rice flour, semolina, curd, add water little by little and prepare the batter.
  • 2. Now mix all the remaining ingredients in it. And keep it for 10-15 minutes.
  • 3. If desired, add some more water to the solution.
  • 4. Heat the tawa, and spread some oil all around, now pour a tablespoon of batter on the pan. And spread it well, and bake from both the sides.
  • 5. Apply tomato sauce on top, pour coconut powder on and over the dosa.
  • 6. Add your favorite vegetables.
  • 7. Serve hot dosa with chutney or tomato sauce.
