Ingredients For Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak sabudana for 1-2 hours till they fluff up.
  • 2. Blend peanuts in coarse powder.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan for 2 minutes. Add jeera and let it splutter.
  • 4. Add boiled potatoes to it. Sauté until it turns soft.
  • 5. Add peanut powder and mix well. Add green chili and sugar. Add red chili powder but that's optional.
  • 6. Add sabudana and salt. Cook until sabudana turns transparent.
  • 7. Garnish with coriander leaves. Sabudana is ready to serve.

Looks amazing...

I tried making it once and then it became atleast once in a month thing. The best part of this dish is that it is very fulfilling and you can modify it by adding as many vegetables as you want.
