Light and healthy
I love 24 organic mantra's products and red poha is one of them. I just love red poha cooked in vegetables as my breakfast. It's simply light, healthy and yummy.

Great product
These are made of red rice. It is very healthy and they can be used at the time of fasting. I love the flavour of it. It is full of vitamin a and d.

Red poha
24 Mantra Red Poha is the one of the most versatile grain available. It is made by first cleaning the paddy and then grading it to remove impurities. It is then soaked in hot water for 45 minutes. After drying, it is roasted to make it flaked. It healthier than regular poha but slightly high priced.

Organic Red Poha
It's as similar as white poha taste . Price is little higher than white poha but overall taste is good quality is good , and red poha not easy to find in local market.
