Ingredients For Protein power packed lolly tikki recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak chickpea overnight. Next dry rinse once and boil till soft along with potatoes .
  • 2. Once cool strain chickpeas and mash them. Also peel and mash potatoes.
  • 3. Heat water in a saucepan. Add soya granules to boiling water. Turn off heat after 5 min.
  • 4. After 5 min. drain & rinse in fresh water. Squeeze out water and mince it in a chopper.
  • 5. Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan, splutter sesame seeds.
  • 6. Add onion , ginger - garlic paste, green chilies and turmeric .
  • 7. Fry till onion changes colour.
  • 8. Add maggi masala ae magic, mashed chickpea , minced soya granules , salt, chaat masala powder give a good mix.
  • 9. Cook for 2 min.
  • 10. Add poha powder and sauce. Mix well.
  • 11. Stir for 2 min.turn off heat. Let cool.
  • 12. Devide into 10 to 12 portions.
  • 13. Wrap each portion around half if the sticks. Roll in bread crumbs.
  • 14. Heat a tawa. Place the lolly tikkies. Add oil. Roast till golden red in colour.
  • 15. Serve hot with sauce.
