Okayish.
This product is okay for some kinds of Tomato Sauces or even as an ending to a nice Pan sauce. But instead of that this product is not highly useful.

Sardine in tomato sauce
Golden prize provides best quality of fish. The skin is on and so are the bones. You cannot tell the bones are there as they are so soft. Plus the bones add to the nutritional value, so it is a plus. In terms of flavor, the tomato sauce is mild and a distinct, but not overpowering saltiness.

It's packaging is done nicely to avoid pilferage and it's worth its cost. little expensive, can be found at modern bazaar, big bazaar, reliance fresh. must check the expiration date before you buy. The tomato sauce adds a very light taste to it which makes it more flavourful.
