Oats are one of very healthy grains, it has soluble fibers which is good in controlling of cholesterol and loosing weight . And you can make very delicious dishes from Kellogg's oat s like idli ,spicy oats ,pan cakes ,uttapam, energy bars ,puddings and many more ,from kids to old people everyone likes it.it is light brown in color and on cooking the color becomes more lighter. Its a healthy breakfast recipe and just take very less time to cook. As per your nutritional requirement daily consumption of 50- 100 gms of oats in your breakfast is good for overall well being.
