Ingredients For Oats & Nuts Modak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan and add ghee into it. Heat it on low flame.
  • 2. Now mix oats, almonds and fox nuts powderand roast it for 4-5 mins and take out on a plate.
  • 3. In the same pan ad the desiccated coconut and roast for 2-3 mins and put it with the oats mixture.
  • 4. Now same pan will work for jaggery. On low flame melt the jaggery powder and add cardamom powder in it.
  • 5. Add all the roasted minture into pan and mix quickly. Let it cool for about 10 mins and shape them into modak.
  • 6. Coat with some more desiccated coconut and your bhog for Ganpati Bappa is readyyyyyy.
