very nice
I love this agar agar for the ease of using. It gives your dessert a very good texture and mouthfeel. It has no foul smell. It also dissolves completely and you do not need to strain like other brands.

Useful Product
Good for those who want vegetarian option of gelatine. I prepared it for coconut milk pudding n raspberry pannacotta. Still it's good. To the hot water, add 1tsp or 7gms of agaragar n stir well n let it bloom or sit for 10 mins. Then use it for any warm items only. Hope it helps. Agar agar is very transparent n no colour in it.Moreover very little amount is needed to make milk pudding.
