Ingredients For Masala doodh tarts recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cream together butter, condensed milk, salt and essence.
  • 2. Add wheat flour, mix gently.
  • 3. Gently bring together as a dough,do not knead.
  • 4. Portion out small dough balls.
  • 5. Press them into base & sides of greased tart moulds.
  • 6. Pre heat otg at 170°C for 10 min.
  • 7. Bake tarts for 12 to 15in. till they are crisp.
  • 8. Now for masala foodh filling soak cashew , almonds & pistachio in water for 30 min.
  • 9. Soak agar agar in milk for 15 min.
  • 10. Peel almonds & pistachios ...transfer to grinding jar aling with cashews , saffron , turmeric & spices.
  • 11. Also add soaked agar agar...blend till smooth puree.
  • 12. Transfer to a saucepan ...mix corn flour without luumps.
  • 13. Cook this on med. flame stirring continuously .
  • 14. Once mixture thickens & starts boiling..add milkmaid.
  • 15. Bring to boil,turn off flame.
  • 16. Fill this into prepared tarts.
  • 17. Referigerate overnight or till set.
  • 18. While serving garnish with sliced nuts.
