Mango Malai Cake Recipe

A delightful version of dessert/ meal for any one who wants to grab something quick and tasty. It is prepared with mango pulp along with paneer and fresh bread crumbs in to make it a perfect mouth water dish.

Ingredients For Mango Malai Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pre heat the oven 180' c ,
  • 2. Heat a kadai add paneer cook for 2 minutes, then add milk and cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp stir it continuously for about 3 mins then add sugar 1 tbsp, cook 1 minute then keep aside.
  • 3. In a ovenproof bowl spread the bread powder ( crumbs) add butter mix properly then again spread it on the base.
  • 4. In this base pour and spread the milk mixture.
  • 5. In the mango puree add cornflour, sugar 1tbsp, mix well, then pour the top of the milk mixture.
  • 6. Then bake for 30 minutes. Then rest for 5 minutes.
  • 7. Cool it properly then decorate with mango cubes serve it.
