Pre-heat oven at 160'c .In a big bowl add semolina, mango puree, oil, sugar, elaichi powder, half chopped nuts, baking powder and mix well.
Let it rest for 10 mins so that suji can absorb mango and rise up Meanwhile add kesar in milk.
After 10 mins mix well cake mixture,if It seems mixture is dry add some milk in it Pour the mixture in greased baking dish garnish it with some kesar and chopped nuts like cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios.
Bake it for 25-30 mins in preheated oven when it is done cool the cake and than demould it.
