Ingredients For Pudding choco cups recipe

Methods
  • 1. Melt dark chocolate in double boiler.
  • 2. Coat below side of tulsi leaves with melted chocolate,place on a parchment paper,refrigerate.
  • 3. After 15 min. gently peel off leaves,refrigerate bach chocolate leaves till further use.
  • 4. Grease tart moulds and refrigerate for 20 min.
  • 5. Fill each moulds with melted chocolate, spread allover, remove excess and refrigerate for 30 min.
  • 6. Later press moulds gently, loosen the choco cups, refrigerate back in the moulds itself till further use.
  • 7. In a saucepan combine corn flour,milk,agar agar, cream, sugar.
  • 8. Stir this on medium heat till it boils n thickens.
  • 9. Add cardamom powder and let cool for a while.
  • 10. Fill this into chocolate cups while its still hot.
  • 11. Decorate with rose syrup, refrigerate overnight or till set.
  • 12. Once set freeze for 10minute to easily remove pudding cups from mould.
  • 13. Decorate with tulsi chocolate leavesm, serve.
