Ricotta
Ricotta cheese should be soft and chewy. Mooz - Ricotta Premium pack is very good product. It is perfect for pizza or it can be consumed as it is with wine.

Not all cheese are equally good!
Ricotta cheese is healthy option ( as compared to feta and cheddar cheese ) in moderation amongst all cheeses and is a little bit like cottage cheese. Like cottage cheese, ricotta is considered a “fresh cheese” because it is not aged. It also contains notable amounts of healthy fatty acids, vitamin A and calcium. Compared to many other cheese options, ricotta cheese is lower in sodium and saturated fat.
