This product is pretty good. It has a good flavor and is not adulterated. It works just fine in baked goods and just add a spoonful of water and it will be really beneficial to your health.

There are better products than this but Neo is a. Great company and this is also a great product and is not too expensive.

I use it in making all Chinese cuisine, few dressings of salads I use this vinegar,I use it in making risotto too.it is storable for long time , easily available,at reasonable prices
