Methods
  • 1. Boil the milk and let it cool down.
  • 2. Remove the seeds from dates. Soak the almonds and dates in one cup milk.
  • 3. Then transfer it to mixer jar and grind it to a puree.
  • 4. Add one banana.
  • 5. Condensed milk and again grind it for few seconds.
  • 6. Now add the milk and grind.
  • 7. Pour the smoothie in a glass. Top it with almond flakes and banana pieces.
