Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Add grated coconut and roast it till it changes color.
  • 2. Add jaggery powder and let it melt on medium flame. Add puffed amaranth and milk.
  • 3. Stir it well and cook it till it leaves sides. Add sunflower seeds and pinch of cinnamon powder.
  • 4. Remove from the flame and serve hot garnished with sunflower seeds and grated coconut.
