Methods
  • 1. First cut the mango add to blending jar then to this add sugar milk and blend well.
  • 2. Once done add the food color transfer to a bowl and garnish with saffron strands and serve cold .

Hi u can use any kind of mangoes, before making it just pop a piece in your mouth and if too sweet adjust the brown sugar accordingly..
If u like mangos I have a recipe of mango cake too..
