Ingredients For Apple Oats Chia Smoothie Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First soak the chia seeds in warm water for half hour.
  • 2. Then bring milk to a boil and cool it.
  • 3. Deseed the Apple and chop and add to blender with almonds.
  • 4. Now add oats jaggery powder and boiled and cooled milk.
  • 5. Next add curds and blend all the ingredients till smooth.
  • 6. Dry roast the raisins.Transfer to glasses that you will serve in garnish with chia seeds and raisins, chill and serve.
