Methods
  • 1. In a big kadai add ghee and atta
  • 2. Roast till its little brown and raw smell go off. occasionally stir
  • 3. In a pan dry roast all the nuts and makhane
  • 4. In a same pan add ghee and cook for 2 min gum till itsincrease in side
  • 5. Same ghee cook raisin for 30 sec.keep aside
  • 6. Roast melon seed,khas khas for 30 sec
  • 7. Take all the nuts and ingredients mix in a big bowl and crush makhane and gum with hand or grind big big in a jar
  • 8. Add cooked atta mixture and jaggery powder
  • 9. Mix it well and make balls/ladoos
